We are working with a global metal producer looking to hire a Logistics/Operations Coordinator to join the team in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Handle the receipt and processing of monthly customer purchase orders of primary aluminum, billets, etc., and material forecasts.
• Analyse inventory levels and sales projections to generate accurate monthly production orders for the overseas plant.
• Monitor and maintain inventory throughout the supply chain, ensuring visibility from production to US arrival.
• Assist domestic logistics by coordinating with warehouses, drayage companies, and carriers for customer shipments, and provide customer support alongside sales teams.
• Role reports to Head of US.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain, with effective cross-cultural interaction skills.
• Bachelor's degree required, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Highly motivated multitasker with excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must be located in Atlanta / willingness to relocate.
