The Asset Reliability Process (ARP) Planner will coordinate, direct, and support the implementation and sustainability of Asset Reliability Processes (ARP) to enhance safety, equipment reliability, and product quality efficiently and cost-effectively by:

This advisory position supports and coordinates ARP maintenance management for scheduled and project maintenance to improve equipment reliability. It does not have direct reports but facilitates down-days and outages by establishing planned work with operations, maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams. The ARP Planner oversees planning and scheduling of proactive maintenance and project work across assigned locations.
Nature and Scope :
The ARP Planner is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating proactive maintenance activities, including involvement in projects that improve equipment reliability. Responsibilities include developing job plans, ordering parts, preparing work packages, managing backlog, and ensuring data accuracy. The role involves providing technical support, maximizing equipment reliability through systematic planning, facilitating planning meetings, and working on scheduled shutdowns, with some travel for training.
Qualifications include a two-year degree or advanced technical training with at least [number] years of experience in heavy manufacturing or related fields. The candidate must have mastery-level knowledge of maintenance concepts, asset reliability systems, and current technology, with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in teams, and proficiency in computer applications.
The ARP Planner reports to a Reliability Engineer IV or V, collaborates closely with operations and maintenance, and manages work plans, parts, and data related to maintenance activities. The role may involve modifications to maintenance programs to reduce costs and downtime, and participation in training programs for personnel.
