Description

- Evaluates and defines import/export functions, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

- Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring responsiveness and synchronization with client requirements. Develops an integrated order entry system and ensures real-time order tracking.

- Implements collaborative planning, forecasting, and stock replenishment. Ensures production allocation optimizes load balance, and assesses demand variation impacts on capacity, productivity, and inventory.

- Complies with policies, procedures, management standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

- Adheres to HSE procedures: reports incidents, performs inspections, participates in investigations, and implements corrective actions. Keeps risk analyses and environmental assessments updated.

- Motivates, coaches, communicates with, and develops staff. Manages HR activities in line with HR norms. Protects facilities, equipment, and resources from damage, theft, or misuse.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of logistics experience
  • Experience with large ERP software
  • Experience in training or mentoring team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Haves:

  • SAP experience
  • Experience in logistics, data/business analytics, or project management
  • Steel manufacturing experience
  • Oil & gas or manufacturing experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Computer Programming, or Engineering
  • Experience mentoring or training

Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $40.00 per hour.
