Job summary

LifeLabs LP in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Logistics Lead to support day-to-day logistics operations, audits, route optimization, and workforce planning. You will collaborate with Supervisors, Dispatch, Couriers and internal stakeholders to drive service excellence while maintaining compliance and safety.

This role requires flexibility with shift patterns, including potential weekends and evenings. The position reports to the Logistics Manager and is an existing vacancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ride-alongs with Logistics Couriers to observe operations and provide field support.
• Complete route reviews and route optimization activities to improve efficiency and service.
• Support workforce planning, including scheduling, coverage planning, and staffing recommendations.
• Assist with implementing operational changes, new processes, and service enhancements.
• Communicate observations, concerns and recommendations to the Logistics Supervisor.
