Job summary

Bevo Farms Ltd is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage outbound and inbound shipments, maintain ERP records and coordinate transfers across Langley, Edmonton, Medicine Hat, and other Bevo locations. You will ensure accuracy of shipping documents, support monthly counts, and collaborate with operations, procurement and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management software.
• Experience preparing shipping documentation and entering shipping, receiving or inventory transactions.
• Forklift license is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and prioritize outgoing orders according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet daily shipping objectives and communicate changes, delays or shipment priorities.
• Verify customer sales orders and shipment documentation.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, skid labels and other shipping records.
• Obtain freight quotes and arrange domestic and international transportation.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer shipment information in the ERP system.
• Receive incoming plants, raw materials, equipment and supplies and verify quantities and documentation.
• Record receipts in the ERP system and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and carriers.
• Track inventory levels, coordinate monthly counts, and manage transfer orders between Bevo locations.
