Standard BioTools is looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to join the Canadian logistics team.

Description:
  • Crating finished goods such as company instruments for shipping to customers, demo systems, and service systems.
  • Handling shipping services using FedEx and freight companies. Picking, packing, and shipping service shipments, internal department shipping requests, and external shipping movements.
  • Providing daily assistance to receiving and acting as Full Backup during absences and busy periods.
  • Warehouse assistance and inventory management.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with related experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English, following verbal instructions, and basic mathematical skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to interpret packing slips, accurately enter information into the computer, and acknowledge receipt of goods into the purchase order and processing database.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx online software is desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 5 to 10 times per shift.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow company guidelines and instructions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. 5 to 10 times per shift.
  • Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.
  • Work in a combination of shipping area and office environments.
