A leading logistics company is seeking a warehouse associate to manage material orders, customer service, and inventory control. The role involves loading and unloading freight, performing quality checks, and assembling electronic components. ● Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
● Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying accurate part numbers, quantities, and ensuring materials are in pristine condition.
● Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
● Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
● Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
● Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
● Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.
● Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards.
● Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, as this role involves regular interaction with customers and stakeholders onsite. The ability to develop positive working relationships across teams is crucial for success. Critical thinking and analytical skills are required for confident decision-making based on provided data to meet production goals efficiently and accurately. Experience with computers is necessary. Knowledge of electrical safety, static discharge hazards, and protocols is required due to work with live electrical and electronic components. 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
