ABOUT THE ROLE
The Logistics Coordinator manages daily customer interactions for cement orders, coordinating with sales, operations, and trucking partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Strong communication with contract haulers is essential to meet industry standards.
This full-time, customer-facing role involves administrative support for billing and invoicing, and demands a service-oriented, professional approach. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at problem-solving, and seek efficiency.
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to Lafarge Western Canada’s operations—from manufacturing and distribution to logistics and sales in the construction materials industry.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: College Diploma or University Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Business, Finance, or Engineering
Required Work Experience: Prior experience in a customer-service role, preferably in construction materials, logistics, or manufacturing
Required Technical Skills: MS Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce
Travel Requirements: 5%
