We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and schedule vehicle pick-ups and deliveries with transport companies and internal departments
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors, negotiating service agreements and rates
3. Ensure all transport providers meet regulatory and safety requirements, including insurance and licensing standards
4. Resolve delivery delays, damage claims, and other transport-related issues
5. Analyze transport costs and negotiate rates to maximize cost-efficiency
6. Track and assess vendor performance metrics, including delivery times and service quality
7. Verify and process transport invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment to vendors
8. Generate reports on transport activity, costs, and performance trends for management review
9. Communicate with dealership teams to ensure transport aligns with inventory needs and timelines
10. Work with transport providers to identify and implement efficient routes for vehicle delivery
11. Utilize software tools like Smart Sheet, GPS tracking, or transport management systems to enhance operational efficiency
