Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide general clerical support, manage the inventory database, and generate reports for management and customers. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to company values while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle material movement, assist in training new hires, and collaborate with other coordinators to ensure timely order processing and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities.
• Ability to deal with multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support to assigned departments. Maintain inventory database and perform data entry.
• Provide scheduled and adhoc reports to management and the customer.
• Resolve discrepancies in an assigned area and assist others to perform their tasks.
• Collaborate with other Logistics Coordinators and communicate findings to Supervisor/Manager.
• Help train new hires and support team leads to ensure results are achieved.
• Move materials between receiving, storage and shipping areas as needed.
