Since 2009, we’ve never stopped taking risks. We’re constantly innovating, growing our community and heading on new journeys. We’ve gotten lost in new cities, made lifelong friends all over the world, road tripped with no GPS, and explored a ton of creative pursuits along the way.

Putting yourself out there isn’t easy. It means stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying something new. It might be scary at first, but it also leads to the best parts of life. Inspiring others to take that leap is what we live for. Wherever you’re headed, we’re here to help you pack your future with possibilities.

So, come along for the ride, get inspired and Put Yourself Out There.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Logistics Coordinator, you’ll help keep our global supply chain running smoothly by supporting the movement of goods from our factories to partners around the world. You’ll be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, managing key documents, and keeping systems updated and accurate - all while ensuring everything is done by the book. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and great communication skills as you'll be working closely with our vendors, freight partners, and internal teams to keep information flowing and timelines on track. It’s a great opportunity for someone at the start of their logistics or supply chain career who’s eager to learn, grow, and be part of a globally recognised brand.

This role is based out of our Vancouver HQ, with in-office collaboration Monday to Thursday. If you thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment - we’d love to hear from you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and working closely with the Distribution & Sourcing teams, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating global outbound shipments - including ocean, air, and courier - from vendors and factories to distributors and warehouses.
  • Liaising with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment dispatch and customs clearance.
  • Ensuring inbound delivery readiness by collaborating with Distribution and global warehouse teams to track arrival and facilitate timely receiving.
  • Maintaining accurate logistics master files, including shipping documentation, distributor/forwarder/vendor information, and special requirements.
  • Inputting, updating, and managing shipment data in ERP and other logistics systems, ensuring real-time accuracy.
  • Compiling and distributing outbound shipment reports to internal supply chain stakeholders.
  • Supporting compliance by ensuring all documentation meets internal standards and government regulations.
  • Assisting in maintaining KPI dashboards and logistics performance reports, identifying and escalating service-level issues as needed.
  • Supporting the creation of continuous improvement opportunities in shipping, document handling, and partner coordination.
DELIVERABLES & KPIs

  • On-time shipment release and delivery rates
  • Accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation
  • ERP and database data integrity (minimal shipment or SKU discrepancies)
  • Timeliness of customs clearance
ABOUT YOU

  • You might be just starting out in your logistics or supply chain career - that’s great. Internships, co-op placements, experience in a similar coordinator level role are all valuable experiences.
  • You’re curious and eager to learn about how goods move globally, and how systems like ERP or working with freight partners come into play. Previous exposure to these is a bonus, but not required.
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and like keeping things running smoothly - especially when it comes to documentation and data accuracy.
  • You’re comfortable juggling tasks, managing timelines, and asking questions when something doesn’t look quite right.
  • You communicate clearly, work well with others, and take pride in staying on top of the details.
  • You’re interested in international trade and compliance - even if you’re not an expert (yet).
  • You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
YOUR JOURNEY WITH HERSCHEL SUPPLY

The annual salary for this role falls within the range of $48,000 - $60,000 CAD. This is a full-time role, based in office 4 days per week. In addition to base salary, here are just a few of the additional perks we offer to our valued team members as part of our comprehensive total compensation package:

  • Health benefits
  • Competitive vacation policy
