Your Daily Role

You will report to the Logistics Manager and join a team that is committed to serving customers in a safety-oriented while striving to continually improve all facets of the business. Note this role is requires flexibility including but not limited to afternoon and evening shifts.

  • Coordinate and monitor scheduling of all carrier appointments based on planned schedule and expectations;
  • Plan required finish goods and raw material stock transfers to and from externalize warehouses;
  • Create and manage carriers and customs documentations;
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support investigation and cycle count program;
  • Communicate daily with the operations team to ensure needs and objectives are met while leading work planning for the site as identified by the supervisor;

Your Profile

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar role is preferred;
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge and/or experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal/listening skills in order to interact with a diverse workforce; a communicator with proven leadership abilities;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills in an environment with a great deal of urgency;
  • A positive and resourceful attitude and committed to personal development
