Groupe Robert is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Mirabel terminal for a weekend shift. The coordinator or planner is responsible for supporting our customer's assembly line. He/she ensures that parts are ordered at the right time. He/she also plans shipments with carriers. The customer is in the aeronautical field.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. AND Mondays from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. (36 hours paid at 40).

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
What will your daily routine be like?
- Establish the production sequence and plan logistical operations to accomplish the established plan
- Plan the material and tooling required to execute the production plan
- Manage unforeseen events concerning the production sequence
- Manage line stoppages
- Plan the shipment of engines
- Manage SAP inventory and material movements
- Update the system
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Interact with various stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Any other related tasks.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
Profile required :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics coordination;
- College diploma in logistics and transportation (Mandatory) or equivalent;
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good stress management/priority setting;
- Organizational skills.
