Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator acts as a key liaison between the sales team, warehouse staff, and transportation providers to effectively communicate and fulfill customer logistics requirements. This role is responsible for recording all inbound packages received at the head office and coordinating the shipment of packages requested by internal staff. The Logistics Coordinator also supports the Inbound Specialist with various tasks related to inbound shipments, including invoice reviews and preparing daily reports. Additionally, this role involves performing systematic inventory movements as needed. Daily communication with internal staff, the warehouse, and transportation providers is essential to ensure smooth logistics operations.
