Logistics Coordinator

Our Freight Forwarding client in Langley is recruiting for a Superstar Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate records of every shipment coming in and out of the facilities
2. Communicate with customers to guarantee timely delivery of goods by regularly checking shipment status and resolving issues
3. Identify and implement best practices and improvements in inventory management to minimize losses and increase productivity
4. Process all paperwork in a timely manner
5. Consult with Sales Rep on a constant basis letting them know about any issues with freight.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree would be nice to have
2. Experience in Freight Forwarding or Inventory Distribution
3. Familiarity with MS Office, WMS and ERP systems
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Extremely organized
7. True team player
8. Strong time management
