Logistics Client Service Representative and Technical Support

Job Description
Omnitrans is seeking a Logistics Client Service Representative and Technical Support to join our Courier team in Toronto or Montreal. If you value a positive work environment, collaboration, continuous improvement, and want to make a direct impact on customer experience, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and training to clients for efficient access to our products and services.
- Create and maintain client accounts in service provider systems, ensuring correct pricing and discount structures.
- Support the Client Success Team with technical aspects of new account integration.
- Configure and deploy mapping for printers and scales.
- Coordinate with vendor technical support to resolve system issues and anomalies.
- Maintain the SOP database.
- Escalate system deficiencies or suggest product enhancements to the Manager, Courier Services.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate client pickups and resolve issues.
- Assist with urgent requests for package pickup and label creation.
- Process orders and support the new One-Time-Account program.
- Review and update rates and client pricing structures during year-end processes.
- Perform system testing and stay updated on system enhancements.
- Train and support Courier Client Service Representatives.
Qualifications :
- Degree in technical support or relevant field experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant operations or industry experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for system and computer issues.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Excellent customer relationship skills focused on customer-centric solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical skills to resolve complex problems collaboratively.
