Job description

We are currently looking for a Logistics Clerk for our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux. This person will be responsible for checking in drivers, entering orders into the in-house system, doing billing follow-ups, and handling other office tasks. This is a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Verify driver bills against run sheets upon arrival
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Enter information into the in-house system
  • Follow up with carriers as needed
  • Print labels and scan documents
Qualifications
  • Experience in transport and logistics industry is an asset
  • Data entry experience
  • Order entry skills
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good at managing priorities and working autonomously
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
