Amazon's IT Services organization supports all Amazonians at corporate offices, ensuring they have the technology and resources needed to innovate and excel. The IT Logistics and Imaging Team (ITS-LIT) operates in a warehouse environment to image, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of all end-user IT equipment across Canada.

We seek a proactive individual to join our team, focusing on project initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your problem-solving skills to impact Amazon's IT Logistics.

You will join a diverse team of IT support associates, engineers, supply chain specialists, and others. Collaboration across IT Services is essential to deliver high standards in IT Logistics, ensuring our customers have the necessary equipment. We foster an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and execute IT projects related to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  3. Provide escalation support and mentor junior team members.
  4. Contribute to the design and implementation of new IT processes and systems.
  5. Prepare IT assets for transportation following IT and InfoSec policies.
  6. Handle and destroy IT media safely per InfoSec policies.
  7. Manage returned IT assets according to reuse, reverse logistics, or disposal processes.
  8. Prepare new hire equipment and support campus IT staff during orientation.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of work experience or current Amazon employee with a blue badge.
  • 1+ year experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and customer-centric.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed.
  • Leadership experience managing others.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or retail environments.
  • Experience with performance metrics and lean processes.

The salary range is $58,500 to $75,500 per year, based on factors like experience and skills. Additional benefits and total compensation packages may be included.
