As an experienced Logistics Associate at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming and outgoing shipments for our IA/PMC business unit in Calgary. You will ensure the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, maintaining high accuracy and compliance with shipping procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to our supply chain's smooth operation and help deliver exceptional customer service.

You will report to our Senior Service and Repair Supervisor and work at our Calgary location.

MUST HAVE
  • 1-2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced turnkey service and repair operation, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • High School or Technical Diploma.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of materials against purchase orders or shipping documents.
  • Inspect and record the condition of received goods, reporting and resolving damages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
