We are looking for a motivated and reliable
Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain team in our Niagara Falls Warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse logistics and inventory management.
This is a three (3) month contract role that will be available from July through October.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming shipments
- Support order picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments
- Help with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Update shipping and receiving logs accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Current college or university student (preferred programs: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related fields)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or inventory systems is an asset
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
