Xtract One Technologies is seeking a Logistics and Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team in Operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role manages customer order logistics and tracking, including customer demos and marketing events support. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Xtract One and 3PL partners, customers, and customs brokers.
- Ensure product shipments are delivered safely and on schedule.
- Create commercial documentation for import and export shipments with multiple modes of transport, including shipping labels.
- Track location and condition of all Sales Demo kit assets, managing venue logistics.
- Maintain shipment logs and records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Work with the supply chain team to track, receive, and support inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate shipping details and manage packaging or ‘white glove’ logistics services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Support Customer Success Team with equipment coordination and travel planning.
- Work with contract manufacturers on order status and shipment readiness.
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to schedule.
- Support customer RMA returns with Customer Success and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Monitor email, handle calls, and participate in conference calls with customers.
- Perform other duties as needed by the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business or technical field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5+ years logistics experience, preferably with complex technology products and possibly with a 3PL.
- Knowledge of customs procedures for import and export shipments.
- APICS or PMAC certification or enrollment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
- ERP process workflow experience, ideally with Epicor.
- Highly organized, with prior project experience and/or formal PM training.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
