Overview
Logistics analyst at Winnec Inc. Location: 500 Esna Park Drive, Markham, ON L3R 1H5. Work location: On site. Salary: $4,500 to $4,800 MONTH monthly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time. Starts as soon as possible. On-site work required.
Responsibilities
- Compile orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- Track and complete work orders
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code
- Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user\'s requirements
- Recommend security systems
- Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results and recommendations to other information systems professionals
Qualifications
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
