Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Windsor team.

Reporting to the Logistics Branch Manager, you will source and develop carrier partnerships, secure competitive transportation solutions, and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in transportation or logistics, experience in 3PL brokerage is a plus, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage carriers, rates, and customer needs in a

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in 3PL Brokerage.
• 2+ years' experience in transportation/logistics industry.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Logistics Branch Manager in our Windsor terminal
• Procure reputable carriers to support our customer freight requirements
• Qualify new carriers in alignment with organizational standards
• Develop relationships with carriers and support integration of our technology tools
• Identify competitively priced carriers to build our network
• Submit rates to customers using the toolkit of resources
• Ensure prompt customer service to rectify and mitigate issues
• Negotiate, communicate and liaise with carriers, customers and reps
• Demonstrate initiative and remain solution-focused
• Ensure all carriers are qualified as needed (certifications per load)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Reporting to the Logistics Branch Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing carrier partnerships, securing competitive transportation solutions, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role / Key Accountabilities

• Reporting to the Logistics Branch Manager in our Windsor terminal


• Working independently and with the team to procure reputable carriers to support our customer freight requirements


• Partnering with the Compliance department to qualify new carriers in alignment with organizational standards


• Develop relationships with carriers and support the integration of our technology tools in their services


• Identifying carriers that are competitively priced to continue to build our carrier network


• Prompt submission of rates to customers using the comprehensive toolkit of resources available


• Ensure prompt customer service to rectify and mitigate any issues in a professional manner


• Working as an integral part of the logistics team to negotiate, communicate and liaise with carriers, customers and representatives, as necessary


• Demonstrate a pro-active, initiative and remain solution-focused


• Ensure all carriers are qualified as needed to perform assigned tasks (i.e. verification of certifications per load/ freight/ customer needs)


• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Experience in sales and/or customer service an asset


• 1-3 years’ experience in 3PL Brokerage.


• 2+ years' of experience in transportation/ logistics industry
