Logistic Coordinator

We are immediately seeking a Logistics Coordinator talent for a leading heating and cooling distribution company in Calgary.

The role comes with competitive pay of $23 an hour with great potential to be hired full-time. You’ll be working in a facility that distributes HVAC and heating/cooling materials. You will also be involved in liaising the shipment, documentation, order management, inventory, and customer service. The role requires SAP experience.
The role is from Monday to Friday, morning shift. Transit accessible and located at Southeast Calgary.

Responsibilities
- Provides admin and clerical support
- Maintains documentation and reports applicable to shipping and receiving
- Maintains accurate record of data and resolves discrepancies if necessary
- Provides customer service to all internal and external clients
- Other related duties.

Qualifications
- Must have 1-2 years of shipping/receiving or lead hand experience related to HVAC industries
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be good and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Requires experience with SAP or related office applications.
