Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Scheduler to coordinate and optimize the transportation and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling shipments, managing logistics operations, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.

• Communicate shipment details, schedules, and updates to internal teams and external partners.

• Monitor logistics performance and resolve any transportation or scheduling issues.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and delivery confirmations.

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

• Use logistics software and tools to streamline scheduling and tracking processes.

• Analyze logistics data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce delays.

• Collaborate with supply chain and customer service teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
