Position Summary

The Loge Runner provides ultimate hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role helps fulfill and delivers mobile orders within the Premium Seating Sections of the venue.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.50 CAD and is tip eligible.

This is a seasonal role from approximately June 1st, 2025, to October 15th, 2025.

About the Venue

Welcome to Rogers Stadium, a new 50,000-capacity outdoor venue in North Toronto. Oak View Group serves as the stadium's main Food & Beverage partner during a brief but intense season of 12-15 concerts, running from June to September. This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking extra or part-time work in a fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to arena guests, communicating clearly with all customers.
• Serve snacks and drinks properly and promptly as ordered.
• Ensure neat presentation of all items, with no spill-over.
• Be available to work during peak periods.
• Assist with stocking server stations (ice, mixers, cups, napkins, etc.) when necessary.
• Respond promptly to orders and proactively capture mobile orders from groups and individuals in premium sections.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
• Communicate with leads to improve systems and coordination for a better guest experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of menu items to answer patron questions accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience as an in-seat server or food runner in stadiums preferred.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to perform extensive standing and walking.
• Ability to reach, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Visual requirements include focus adjustment, peripheral, and close vision.
• Exposure to weather conditions and cold temperatures.
• Awareness of low CO exposure areas, wet/slippery floors, pinch points, tight spaces, and high noise levels.
