VetCare’s Englehart Animal Hospital is seeking a Locum Veterinarian (DVM) to join our dedicated team in Ontario. You will deliver comprehensive veterinary care across wellness, dentistry, surgery and diagnostics, while upholding high standards of medicine.

A full General Veterinary License in Ontario or eligibility is required, and you will work with a collaborative team in a supportive clinic environment. Flexible scheduling is available.

The Englehart Animal Hospital evolved from a home-based practice in the early eighties to become a multifaceted animal hospital in the current location in 2006. The Englehart Animal Hospital provides wellness exams, client education, dentistry, rehabilitation, in-house grooming, all while performing various surgeries. We not only run our own diagnostics in the laboratory, but also provide services for emergencies. The Englehart Animal Hospital has a collaborative team of passionate technicians and talented doctors that will welcome you with the warm reception the clinic is known for.

Our ideal Locum Veterinarian (DVM) will demonstrate an exemplary standard of medicine with patients in a compassionate and caring manner. The DVM will be largely responsible for clinical work and will combine clinical expertise, emotional intelligence and utilize a servant leadership mindset to promote excellence in veterinary medicine.

We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a full General Veterinary License in Ontario at the time of their application.
