Job summary

Englehart Animal Hospital, part of VetCare Canada Inc., is seeking a Locum Veterinarian (DVM) to join our collaborative team in Englehart, Ontario. The role focuses on compassionate medical care, clinical excellence and flexible scheduling to support our busy practice.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a full General Veterinary License in Ontario. You will work alongside skilled technicians and doctors, delivering wellness exams, dentistry, surgeries and client education in a modern

The Englehart Animal Hospital evolved from a home-based practice in the early eighties to become a multifaceted animal hospital in the current location in 2006. The Englehart Animal Hospital provides wellness exams, client education, dentistry, rehabilitation, in-house grooming, all while performing various surgeries. We not only run our own diagnostics in the laboratory, but also provide services for emergencies. The Englehart Animal Hospital has a collaborative team of passionate technicians and talented doctors that will welcome you with the warm reception the clinic is known for.

Our ideal Locum Veterinarian (DVM) will demonstrate an exemplary standard of medicine with patients in a compassionate and caring manner. The DVM will be largely responsible for clinical work and will combine clinical expertise, emotional intelligence and utilize a servant leadership mindset to promote excellence in veterinary medicine.
