Dream Medical are working with a friendly GP surgery in Fareham who are looking for an excellent Practice Nurse to join their multi-disciplinary team on a full time basis. This is a small but thriving GP practice which has a patient list of 7000.

This is a locum position for ideally full time hours but we will consider part time hours for the right candidate. We are looking at a month to begin with a view to extend on a month by month basis.

We are looking for someone with basic Treatment Room skills with certificates of competency in Cytology, Travel Vaccinations, Baby & Child Immunisations, Phlebotomy, Spirometry and Wounds & Dressings. Chronic disease management is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

1. NMC Registration
2. RGN Qualifications
3. Practice Nurse experience
4. Medical Indemnity Insurance
5. Up to date certificates for all training
