We envision a world where everyone feels empowered to care for their bodies with clarity and confidence.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Main clinic on a locum basis from mid-August 2025 through February 2026. This role includes a minimum of 3 shifts per week and offers a strong, established caseload with a focus on runners of all levels—from weekend warriors to elite athletes.

You’ll be stepping into a dynamic clinic with a well-established client base and the opportunity to make a real impact, helping clients optimize performance, prevent injury, and achieve their running goals.

There is also potential for this locum role to extend into a permanent position for the right candidate—perfect for someone looking to grow long-term with a supportive, high-performing team.

Why Main St?

As one of our founding locations in Vancouver, our Main Street clinic is a hub for the city’s active, creative, and wellness-minded community. This clinic has a long-standing reputation for excellence, a supportive team environment, and a strong runner-focused demographic.

With access to a caseload of dedicated clients, this is a unique opportunity to work with athletes of all backgrounds and help them move their best.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1, high-quality physiotherapy care to a primarily running-focused caseload
  • Use your clinical reasoning and full-body assessment skills to deliver action plans for recovery, prevention, and performance
  • Lead running assessments and build tailored treatment plans for runners of all levels
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Participate in team development opportunities and mentorship sessions
  • Contribute to clinic culture and client engagement efforts
About You
  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
  • Experience working with runners, athletes, and/or in performance settings
  • Passionate about injury prevention and optimizing human movement
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a client-first approach
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week from mid-August 2025 to February 2026
What We Offer
  • Strong caseload transition with dedicated support from the Clinic Director
  • Learning & Development: $500 annual continuing education stipend
  • Wellness: Complimentary staff treatments and employer-paid mental health support (EAP)
  • Growth: Supportive onboarding and mentorship with in-clinic leads
  • Access to Partnerships: Community discounts and partnerships with top tier brands
  • A culture of collaboration, growth, and curiosity
