Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (PQWCHC) is a dynamic, community-based health care organization serving mid-west downtown Toronto. Offering a broad range of services, including primary health care, dental care, harm reduction, health promotion, counselling, and community development programming, we are committed to serving people facing barriers to health care and strive to reduce these barriers. PQWCHC is a multi-sited organization.
The Physician provides comprehensive primary health care emphasizing accessibility, health promotion, illness prevention, and continuity of care for our clients, including families, children, refugees, those experiencing homelessness, and other individuals in our urban catchment. The physician works both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, primarily based at the Parkdale site.
Manager, Primary Care and Allied Health Team
$160.64 per hour plus 6% in lieu of vacation. HOOPP (Health Care of Ontario Pension Plan) option available.
