Dream Medical are working with a Hospital in Kent and are looking for Community Nurses to join their dynamic Community team on a locum basis. You will be an important part of a multi-disciplinary team, making a real difference in people's lives.

Your role will be to make home visits to patients not able to attend hospital appointments. You will be responsible for:

1. Diabetic checks
2. Asthma reviews
3. Wound care & Dressings
4. Removing Sutures & Clips
5. Venepuncture
6. Male/female catheterization

Requirements:

• 6 months' experience as a Community Nurse
• NMC Registration & Pin
• Medical Indemnity
• Proof of Immunisations
• Clinical Updates
