We are looking for a dedicated and professional female to join our Housekeeping Team as a Part Time Ladies Locker Room Attendant. You will provide a clean and healthy environment for members and guests and aim to achieve a high standard of professional cleaning at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean and maintained facility for all members and guests through various tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and laundry room tasks
• Upkeep of assigned areas and reporting any maintenance requirements to supervisor
• Effectively address member concerns and complaints immediately if possible, and take to supervisor when needed
• Actively collaborate and communicate with membership and housekeeping colleagues to ensure service requirements are met
• Complete tasks that meet Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of housekeeping or commercial laundry experience
• A diplomatic, outgoing personality with an ability to foster relationships with members and employees
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job including standing for an extended period of time, walking, lifting, grasping and performing repetitive motions
• Adaptability and flexibility to learn and apply skills through on-the job training
• Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English

Additional Details

This is a Part Time position that reports to the Housekeeping Director. The successful applicant must be able to work weekdays and weekends. Shifts may vary and are typically scheduled from 6:00am to 2:30pm or from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport online certifications prior to commencing employment.
