A leading communications infrastructure services provider in Alberta is looking for a Locate Support Agent to help manage operations. The role involves supporting utility locators, answering customer inquiries, and reviewing tickets. Candidates should have experience in dispatch, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. This position is remote, but candidates should be based in Alberta to assist effectively.

The Locate Support Agent will contribute to the day-to-day operations of Promark-Telecon Inc within the Alberta region by supporting the work management of our Utility Locators. They will provide administrative assistance required to complete Alberta One Call requests, ensuring homeowners, professional excavators, and utility companies can dig safely.
This is currently a remote opportunity; however, we are seeking a candidate based in Alberta — preferably Edmonton or Calgary.
