  • Manage local marketing budgets, timelines and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on the performance of LSM initiatives and make recommendations based on results.
  • Develop scalable tools, resources and best practices that franchisees can use to execute effective local marketing.
Grand Openings
  • Own the end-to-end marketing execution for Grand Openings across Canada, from pre-opening planning through launch and post-opening follow-up.
  • Build Grand Opening marketing plans that generate awareness, excitement and traffic within the local community.
  • Coordinate with franchisees, operations, construction, marketing and external vendors to ensure all launch activities are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Plan and execute opening events, community outreach, influencer activations, sampling, promotional campaigns and local partnerships.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, signage, promotional items and event logistics.

  • Support partners with flyers, mail drops, sponsorships, and local signage
  • Approve local marketing use of brand assets and provide toolkits/guides
  • Manage, coach and develop one direct report.
  • Establish clear priorities, workflows and deadlines for the LSM team.
  • Ensure consistent execution and communication across markets.
  • Build processes that allow the LSM function to scale as BarBurrito continues to grow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Brand, Social, Digital, Operations, Franchise Development and Design teams to ensure local initiatives align with national marketing strategies.
  • Act as a key marketing partner to franchisees and field operations.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors, agencies, community partners and event suppliers.
