Job summary

Flanagan Foodservice Atlantic is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to transport and deliver customer orders within mainland Nova Scotia from our Dartmouth yard. You will ensure DOT compliance, complete delivery paperwork accurately, and provide excellent customer service to support strong client relations.

This role features a local driving schedule with home daily, a focus on safety and cargo integrity, and competitive pay with incentives tied to reliability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 license with at least 2 years' experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.
• Proven truck driving experience with clean driving record.
• Ability to accurately complete delivery and transportation paperwork.
• Physical capability to perform deliveries with a two-wheeled cart and climb into truck cabs.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
• Accurately complete and manage delivery paperwork.
• Plan and follow routes to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Load and unload cargo and assist with cab entries/exits.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to navigate inclines and steps safely.
