Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is hiring for a part-time sampling role with flexible shifts across the week. Training is provided before your first shift, and Thursday through Sunday availability is required.

Shifts run in London with potential to open in Saint Thomas and Ingersoll. Employees promote products, share information, answer questions, and report after each shift. Compensation is $23/hr with a strong focus on customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have Thursday–Sunday availability.
• Own vehicle is an asset; shifts primarily in London, ON, may open in Saint Thomas and Ingersoll.
• Food Handlers certificate and Smart Serve certification before interview.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with setup/teardown; on-site materials.

DESCRIPTION

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule: Must have Thursday-Sunday availability.

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $23/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have Thursday-Sunday availability.
• Candidates with access to their own vehicle is an asset (Shifts will primarily be in London, but may open in Saint Thomas and Ingersoll).
• Candidates must have Food Handlers certificate and be Smart Serve certified before interview.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
