Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co. is hiring for a part-time brand ambassador to promote products in local grocery stores. Shifts run Thursday to Sunday with afternoon/evening hours, and training is provided before your first shift.

You will share key product information, answer customer questions, and work toward sampling goals while delivering friendly, professional interactions. You should be comfortable standing for long periods and handling setup and teardown of the sampling

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and convey product messaging.
• Capable of standing for full shift and setting up sampling station.

Description

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed. Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

$20/hr

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores
• Share key product information and answer customer questions
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts)
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)
• Complete reporting after each shift

Qualifications

• Must be available for shifts Thursday-Sunday
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
