Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us is the place for you! We are looking for part-time Product Demonstrators to promote products, share samples, and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in the field
• Shifts are Saturdays & Sundays (11am to 5pm)
• Some shifts available on Thursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm)
• Ongoing casual shifts throughout the year, schedule provided in advance

Wage

• $21/hour

Responsibilities

• Available most weekends
• Comfortable working independently
• Enjoy interacting with customers (shyness may be a barrier)
• Capable of impacting consumers' purchase decisions
• Confident in meeting sampling targets

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to approach and communicate confidently with consumers
• Ability to stand for approximately 6 hours
• Ability to set up and disassemble sampling booths (all items stored on location)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet for reporting
• Vehicle access is an asset
• Liquor Certification is an asset and may be mandatory in some locations
• Food Safety certification is an asset
