1. Complete financial analysis, loan documentation, and processing, including writing detailed loan narratives.
2. Ensure loans comply with policy before submitting for credit risk approval.
3. Mentor Relationship Management Associates and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
4. Analyze customer files and assess risk.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in business, economics, or agriculture, with at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and customers.
3. Understanding of agriculture.
4. Strong mentorship and teamwork skills.
