ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling our loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past-due customer accounts
• Handling cash controls, including taking payments
• Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience and earning our customers’ trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
