Job summary

Fairstone Financial is seeking a Consultant in Loan Solutions to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to support customers and sell loan products, with no prior experience required. Candidates will receive extensive training and professional development to succeed in a customer-facing position. The role includes a comprehensive compensation package with a salary range of CAD 45,000 to CAD 60,000 annually, in addition to benefits and flexibility in scheduling.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. You will also be

• Gathering loan information
• Selling our loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up past due customer accounts.
• Cash controls including taking payments
• Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.

• High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
