A Typical Day Will Include

  • Supporting customers and prospects via phone and in person to provide excellent service.
  • Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Following credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are maintained.
  • Gathering loan information and selling loan and protection products.
  • Closing loans virtually and in person.
  • Following up on past due accounts.
  • Managing cash controls, including taking payments.
  • Participating in personal training and development to enhance customer experience and build trust.

Must-Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.

Qualifications

  • Autorisation de travailler au Canada.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent, un atout.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer.

Additional Skills

  • At least one year of experience in loan underwriting within a financial institution.
  • Experience with loan origination software.
