Fairstone in Victoria, BC is seeking a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to tailor financial solutions and manage the full sales process from application to closing in person or virtually.

The role emphasizes building trust through exceptional service, hitting individual and team sales goals, and performing credit assessments while handling payments and overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
