Job summary

Blackline Civil Inc. seeks an experienced Loader Operator to work on our civil construction sites in Alberta. You will operate wheel loaders and related heavy equipment, move materials, and support grading and site preparation while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating loaders or heavy equipment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials such as soil, gravel, and debris to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials
• Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance (lubrication, fluid checks)
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
• Assist with grading, leveling, and site preparation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
