Job Description

The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auctions in yards, and assisting customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

1. Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
2. Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions.
3. Help customers load their equipment purchases and answer their questions related to the yard.
4. Support RB's Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety and helping others work safely.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Experience operating heavy machinery.
2. Ability to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
4. Good computer skills and quick learner of new programs.
5. Track record of working safely and promoting safety among others.
6. Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
7. Team player who is also capable of self-starting and working independently.
8. Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High attention to detail.
