W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a full-time Loader Operator for our aggregate sites. This role is responsible for operating loaders to transport aggregate or other materials, load semis, and/or stockpile aggregates.

Duties :

• Operate loaders to load and transport various materials such as sand, gravel, or rocks.
• Maintain and operate the loader in a safe and effective manner.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
• Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, and that production goals are met.
• Perform pre- and post-operational inspections on the loader and report any issues.
• Construct ramps and stockpiles as needed.
• Operate loader controls effectively to lower and tilt the bucket and drive forward to load bulk material.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator.
• Experience in routine equipment maintenance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 3A) and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Scheduling flexibility for overtime and out-of-town work.
