Van Bree Sand and Gravel is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to safely move earth, gravel, and materials while supporting crushing and screening at our Arkona site with travel to other pits as required.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ loader experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned Southwestern Ontario business.

Reporting to: VB Sand and Gravel Manager or designate
Type: Full-time
Location: Arkona with travel to other gravel pits as required
Days: Monday to Friday (Some weekends may be required dependent on business needs)
Compensation: $26.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience with screeners or crushers

The Loader Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders to move earth, gravel, and other materials along with the crushing and screening of aggregates. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day production and site maintenance of our gravel pit.
