Job summary

B&R Eckel’s Transport Ltd. in Lloydminster, Alberta, is seeking a Loader Operator to join our team. You will load and unload customer product, rack and tally inventory, and help supervise two swampers while maintaining safety standards.

This role offers year-round work with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. Current loader certification is required, and you will work in a fast-paced terminal environment supporting inventory control and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer product.
• Rack and tally customer product in the terminal.
• Supervise a crew of two other workers (swampers).
• Ensure the safety of all workers in the assigned work area.
• Support terminal personnel so inventory control and customer service functions are completed on time.
• Comply with each customer’s reporting requirements.
• Assist with daily, semi-annual, and annual inventory counts.
• Assist with other department activities assigned by the supervisor.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Operate loaders, graders, crawler tractors, and other machinery as required. Current equipment certification is required.
• Keep all company-required training current.
