Job summary

RONA is seeking a part-time Loader, Customer Assistance (Days) to join our stores in Canada. You will greet customers, assist with loading, manage carts, support the checkout team, and help maintain promotions and safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic retail environment.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude as you contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers across our community stores.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers by loading products into carts or vehicles.
• Bring and collect carts from the parking lot.
• Support the customer service and checkout teams.
• Return all merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments.
• Stay informed of promotions and store flyers.
• Follow loss prevention and health and safety policies.
• Handle other tasks to help the store run smoothly.

Your role:

• Greet customers and ensure a good customer experience
• Assist customers in loading products in their cart or vehicle
